This kitchenette is one of our most popular options for families with children. Designed with your comfort in mind, this room will not disappoint!

We operate a SMOKE FREE facility. Abuse of this policy will result in a $150.00 cleaning fee. Quiet hours are 11:00 pm - 8:00 am. Noise violations are grounds for removal from the property without refund. We DO NOT ALLOW PETS, RV's, campers, or tents. All deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of reservation date. All weekly cancellations are subject to a $150.00 fee. Three night minimum during Tip Up Town.
