Check-In: 3:00 p.m. Check-Out: 10:00 a.m. Smoke Free Facility June through August all Kitchenettes are rented on a weekly basis only. Saturday to Saturday. A $150.00 deposit is required for weekly rentals.  Deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of reserved date. All weekly rental cancellations are subject to a $35 service fee. There is a three-night minimum for Tip Up Town rentals. Departure time is 3:00 p.m. Standard Rooms are limited to two adults and two children. One-bedroom kitchenettes are limited to 4 person occupancy Two-bedroom kitchenettes are limited to 6 person occupancy Quiet hours 11:00 p.m. - 8:00 a.m. Any abuse of this policy will be grounds for removal without refund. Sorry, no pets allowed. No RV’s, campers, or tents are permitted on site.
